Tanmya is a Real Estate Development Company established in 2012. Currently, Tanmya is responsible for developing/managing more than SR120m worth of assets in both Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Our journey started in 2012 were by the two original founders/entrepreneurs found that the growing economy & large potential of Saudi’s economy there was a large gap between Saudi’s real estate market supply and what end users required. thus, Tanmya was established.
